If you book a call through our scheduling link, that provider collects the details you enter there. If you request a Medicare or retirement review, you may share additional information with us by phone, email, or in person.

We ask only for what we need to answer your question and, if you choose to work with us, to help you shop for coverage. We do not sell your information.

Like most websites, ours records standard technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate region, the pages you view, and the site or mailing that referred you. This happens through the cookies and tools listed below, and only to the extent you allow.

We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers on this site.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request. We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Some conversations about Medicare, extended care, or life insurance involve health information. Share only what is needed for the recommendation you are asking for. Do not send sensitive health details through the website contact form. Health information you share with us is used only to help you evaluate and apply for coverage, and is shared only with the carriers involved in that application.

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements, then dispose of them securely. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings. If you want your information removed sooner, ask us and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored with access limited to Garry Keenen and the systems that deliver notifications. No website can promise perfect security, but we limit what we collect and who can reach it.

This site is intended for adults planning for retirement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
